If you’ve found yourself here, chances are you’re tired—tired of the constant mental loops, the intrusive thoughts, the rituals that rule your day, or the fear that something terrible will happen unless you do things just right. You might feel stuck in your head, ashamed of what you’re thinking, or overwhelmed by the pressure to stay in control. If so, you’re not alone, and I can help!

I know what it’s like to feel terrified by your own thoughts, because I’ve been there too. Years ago, I went through what I now recognize as a postpartum OCD crisis, at a time when intrusive thoughts weren’t widely understood. That experience changed how I practice: with zero judgment, deep compassion, and a focus on helping clients feel safe enough to speak the unspeakable.

I specialize in helping people break free from the grip of OCD, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, and trauma. Whether your struggles are loud and disruptive or hidden behind the scenes, we’ll work together to untangle them so you can start living with more clarity, confidence, and calm.

I also help clients with generalized anxiety, panic, trauma-related patterns, health anxiety, hoarding, and compulsive behaviors that don’t always fit neatly into a diagnostic box.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients facing a wide range of OCD and anxiety-related disorders. My training is both extensive and specialized. I’ve completed advanced education and clinical work in: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioral Activation (For Depression), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I also have deep experience working with complex cases that involve co-occurring depression, PTSD, or trauma histories. These aren’t one-size-fits-all issues, and my goal is always to deliver care that is structured yet deeply personalized.

Therapy with me isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about building freedom. My work is grounded in evidence-based methods that are active, collaborative, and compassionate.

With ERP as the foundation, we’ll target the thoughts, fears, and patterns that have kept you stuck, while resisting the rituals and safety behaviors that reinforce anxiety. With ACT, we’ll help you get unstuck from unhelpful thought spirals and reconnect to what truly matters to you. When trauma, depression, or burnout are part of the picture, I’ll integrate behavioral activation or trauma-focused interventions to help you regain momentum and rebuild a sense of purpose.

Many of my clients come to me after trying therapy that didn’t quite fit. What sets my work apart is the balance between clinical precision and lived understanding. I bring both the training and the empathy to help you do the brave—and sometimes uncomfortable—work of healing.

When we work together, you can expect a noticeable reduction in anxiety frequency and intensity. You will likely see an increase in confidence in facing discomfort and uncertainty. I’ll provide you with a clear, structured roadmap tailored to your specific needs, and I’ll always show up fully engaged, warm, and real.

I know reaching out for help can feel intimidating, especially when anxiety or OCD already makes everything feel uncertain. I’ve been there too, and I understand what it’s like to wonder if things can really get better. That’s why I offer a free online consultation, a comfortable space to talk, ask questions, and see if this feels like the right next step for you.
