Hi, I’m Rachel. If you’re here, I imagine you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, and maybe even a little defeated by how much space anxiety or OCD has taken up in your life. You might be exhausted by racing thoughts, relentless worry, or the constant pressure to manage everything “just right.” You may find yourself missing out, on time with people you love, on goals you’ve set for yourself, or simply on peace of mind. If any of that sounds familiar, I want you to know: you’re not alone, and real change is possible.

I’ve been working with teens and adults for over 14 years, and I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), along with other evidence-based approaches. I’m also passionate about helping women navigate major life transitions, breakups, career shifts, motherhood, caretaking, and more. In every case, my goal is to help you move toward the life you want, not just away from anxiety or distress.

Clients often tell me they feel grounded and safe in our work together. I bring a warm, encouraging, and sometimes humorous approach to therapy. I’ll cheer you on and celebrate your wins, but I’ll also hold you accountable to doing the hard and brave work that helps anxiety loosen its grip. Together, we’ll build tools and new perspectives that you can carry with you long after therapy ends.

My journey into this field began in my teenage years, when my family adopted my younger brother from Russia. Watching how trauma, development, and environment impact mental health sparked a lifelong curiosity and commitment to understanding people on a deeper level.

I’ll tailor our work to your specific goals and symptoms, and we’ll go at a pace that feels challenging, but doable. If you're ready to stop feeling hijacked by your mind and start reclaiming the things that matter most to you, I’d love to help.
