Hi, I’m Meghin, and if you’re here, it probably means you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, and exhausted from trying to manage the constant swirl of anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or compulsions on your own. I want you to know that real relief is possible, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I specialize exclusively in treating OCD and anxiety disorders, and I’ve spent the last decade helping individuals and families break free from fear and start living with more ease, freedom, and self-trust. Whether you’re battling intrusive doubts, avoiding situations that trigger panic, stuck in “what if” spirals, or managing the impact of anxiety on your relationships, I’m here to help you face those fears head-on, and build the skills to move forward.
My approach is grounded in the gold-standard treatments for OCD and anxiety, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based interventions. You’ll find that I bring warmth, humor, and practical tools to each session, because healing happens best when you feel supported and understood.
Beyond the therapy room, I’m committed to expanding access to quality care and training for others in the field. I’m the co-founder of Thrive Training Hub, where I lead nationwide consultation and continuing education programs for clinicians and practices looking to improve their work with OCD and anxiety. I’m also an NBCC-approved CE provider and regularly present on ERP, ACT, and evidence-based treatment at conferences and training events.
As a professional writer for Psychology Today, I focus on making the science of OCD and anxiety treatment more accessible to the public, and I’m the author of The Scrupulosity ERP Coloring Book, a creative tool to help individuals with religious and moral OCD externalize their fears and engage with exposure work in a more approachable way.
I’ve worked in a range of clinical settings, from group practice to national platforms, and I continue to stay active in the professional community as a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and the American Psychological Association (APA).
Most of all, I believe in this work because I’ve seen it transform lives. I know how heavy anxiety and OCD can feel, but I also know how much lighter life becomes when you have the right support. If you’re ready to stop just surviving and start building a life that feels more like your own, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
