If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stuck in a cycle of intrusive thoughts, fears, and rituals, you're not alone. OCD and anxiety can show up at any stage of life, during childhood, teenage years, or adulthood, and often feel like they’ve hijacked your ability to feel calm, safe, and in control. You might find yourself stuck in your head, replaying moments, avoiding situations, researching for hours, or doing mental or physical rituals to try and feel “okay.” And despite your efforts, the anxiety and doubt keep coming back.

Intrusive thoughts can latch onto anything: health, harm, relationships, sexuality, perfectionism, and religion. All of them lead to the same exhausting loop of fear, uncertainty, and attempts to find relief. Maybe you've tried talk therapy, calming strategies, or coping skills, but nothing seems to stick. That’s because OCD and anxiety aren’t about needing more reassurance or logic. What actually works is Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a structured, evidence-based treatment that helps you face your fears while learning to resist the compulsions that keep you stuck.

I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety disorders across the lifespan, using ERP along with other powerful modalities like Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Brainspotting to help clients work through deeper emotional blocks and attachment-related fears. I also offer EMDR for trauma and PTSD, as well as neurofeedback for issues like sleep difficulties and chronic pain.

For children and teens, anxiety often doesn’t just affect the individual; it impacts the entire family. I work closely with parents to help them respond to their child’s anxiety in ways that promote resilience and confidence, rather than dependency or avoidance. I’m trained in the SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) program, which gives parents effective tools to support their child’s recovery, even if their child resists treatment.

Helping others has always defined me. I began my career in nursing, where I discovered my deeper passion for addressing the emotional needs of patients. That path, and my own experience working through difficult times with the support of a skilled therapist, led me to become a therapist myself. Now, I have the privilege of extending that same support to you and your loved ones.

This work can be challenging, but it’s also transformative. I’ve helped countless individuals and families break free from the grip of anxiety, OCD, chronic pain, and trauma, and begin to reclaim their lives. Even if you don’t believe things can get better right now, I’ll hold that hope for you, until you’re ready to believe it too.
