Accepting New Clients
As a therapist, I’m often described as calm, professional, and—depending on the day—“sometimes” funny. I bring warmth and empathy to every session, paired with a direct, solution-focused approach. My goal is to teach you the tools and strategies I’ve learned over years of specializing in OCD and anxiety, so that over time you feel confident moving forward without needing my guidance.
Recovering from anxiety can be challenging, but it’s also one of the most rewarding and empowering journeys you can take. My goal is to help you feel supported, capable, and proud of the progress you make along the way.
In addition to working with clients one-on-one, I also serve as the Director of Clinical Operations at TrueNorth Anxiety and OCD Specialists, where I oversee clinical care, therapist training, and quality assurance to ensure that every client receives the highest standard of evidence-based treatment.
At the heart of effective therapy is a genuine, trusting relationship. I can know every skill, tool, and intervention in the world—but if you don’t feel safe with me, we won’t get anywhere. While our work is grounded in science and evidence-based practice, part of my role is to craft therapy around you—your personality, your values, and your life experiences.
Over the years, I’ve learned that real change begins when there’s real connection. I show up authentically—not as a perfect professional, but as a human being who’s fully present with you. My goal is to create a space where you can be completely yourself—no masks, no judgment. Walking beside you as you face fears, build courage, and reclaim your life is an honor I don’t take lightly.
I deeply respect my clients as some of the bravest people I’ve ever met, and my commitment is simple: to use proven, evidence-based therapies—applied with care and compassion—to help you find the lasting relief and freedom you deserve.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward reclaiming your life from anxiety or OCD, I’d be honored to support you on your journey. Together, we’ll tackle the challenges ahead with focus, empathy, and maybe even a little laughter.
