Reaching out for help takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll face the fears that have been holding you back and build the tools you need to move forward with confidence and clarity.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of experience, and I’ve devoted my career to helping individuals of all ages reclaim their lives from the grip of OCD, anxiety disorders, and Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). Whether I’m working with a child learning to challenge scary thoughts, or an adult navigating the relentless “what ifs,” I bring evidence-based strategies, genuine compassion, and a belief in your ability to get better.

As the Clinical Director of TrueNorth OCD & Anxiety Specialists, I’m proud to lead a team of expert therapists committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care. Every clinician on our team is grounded in the gold-standard treatments for anxiety and OCD, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My role is to ensure that every client receives treatment that’s not just effective, but also affirming, connected, and deeply human.

I also bring my lived experience to this work, not just as a clinician, but as a mom of two teenagers, one of whom lives with OCD. That experience has shaped the way I approach treatment, advocacy, and family support. I understand what it’s like to feel scared, confused, and unsure where to turn—and I know firsthand how powerful the right kind of help can be.

In addition to my clinical practice, I’m a 500-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with over 18 years of experience integrating mindfulness, somatic work, and presence into healing spaces. I often weave these practices into therapy when helpful, supporting both clients and therapists in cultivating awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.

I’ve received extensive training in ERP and remain actively involved in the field through ongoing consultation, speaking engagements, and advocacy. I’m an IOCDF Advocate and a regular presenter at the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) Conference, where I educate clinicians, families, and communities about OCD and the impact it can have across the lifespan. I’m especially passionate about the intersection of OCD with chronic illness, disability, and neurodiversity.

In 2023, I authored “Become a Superhero: Fighting Your OCD Monster”, a children’s workbook designed to help young clients externalize OCD, face their fears, and build courage in a way that feels empowering and engaging.

At TrueNorth, I lead with compassion, clinical excellence, and the unwavering belief that recovery is possible. Whether you're a client looking for real help or a therapist hoping to grow in this work, I’m so glad you're here. Let’s get started.
