If anxiety feels like it’s running your life—if intrusive thoughts won’t let go, fear keeps pulling you into rituals or avoidance, or your nervous system feels constantly on edge—you’re not alone. Many of Kiki’s clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure why what they’ve tried so far hasn’t brought lasting relief.

Kiki specializes in helping clients break free from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, trauma, and chronic stress patterns that keep people stuck. Her clients often struggle with intrusive thoughts, compulsions, reassurance-seeking, sleep disruption, emotional overwhelm, or a constant sense of vigilance that makes it hard to feel safe in their own bodies.

Kiki understands that anxiety and OCD don’t improve through reassurance alone—they improve through structured, evidence-based treatment delivered with care and clarity. She is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, and utilizes EMDR for trauma and PTSD, as well as neurofeedback to support concerns such as sleep difficulties, chronic pain, and nervous-system dysregulation.

Her therapeutic style is warm, steady, and collaborative, while still offering clear direction. Kiki helps clients take meaningful steps toward recovery at a pace that challenges them without overwhelming them. She explains the “why” behind the work so clients feel informed, empowered, and actively engaged in the process—not confused or pushed.

Helping others has always been central to who Kiki is. She began her professional journey in nursing, where she discovered a deeper calling to support emotional and psychological healing. Her own transformative experience in therapy inspired her to become a clinician, and she brings this lived understanding into every session. Having sat on both sides of the therapy room, Kiki offers a presence that clients often describe as grounding, authentic, and deeply reassuring.

Kiki holds a thoughtful balance in her work—offering compassion and steadiness while also encouraging the brave steps required for real change. She believes that even when clients don’t yet feel hopeful, healing is still possible, and she is willing to hold that hope alongside them.

Over the years, Kiki has helped individuals and families loosen the grip of OCD, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and stress, and begin reconnecting with the parts of life that matter most.

If you’re ready to take a step toward relief, clarity, and confidence, Kiki offers a free 15-minute online consultation so you can ask questions and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
