Not Accepting New Clients

If anxiety or OCD feels like it’s quietly running your life—if intrusive thoughts pull you into constant doubt, fear keeps you stuck in rituals or avoidance, or your mind feels exhausting to manage—you’re not alone. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and unsure why insight, reassurance, or “talking it through” hasn’t brought lasting relief.
I specialize in helping adolescents and adults break free from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders using clear, structured, evidence-based treatment. My clients often struggle with intrusive thoughts, mental and physical compulsions, reassurance-seeking, and a relentless sense that things must feel “just right” before they can move forward. Over time, these patterns can shrink life, strain relationships, and drain confidence.
My approach to therapy is calm, practical, and collaborative. I believe effective treatment should feel supportive and human, while also providing clear direction. Together, we focus on building the skills needed to face uncertainty differently, reduce compulsions, and respond to anxiety in ways that create real, lasting change. My goal is not dependence on therapy, but helping clients feel confident continuing forward with the tools they’ve learned.
I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, along with other evidence-based approaches for anxiety. I work intentionally and transparently, explaining the “why” behind the work so therapy feels purposeful rather than confusing. Clients often describe our sessions as grounding, focused, and steady—challenging in the right ways, without feeling overwhelming.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as the Director of Clinical Operations at TrueNorth OCD & Anxiety Specialists, where I oversee clinical care, therapist training, and quality assurance. In this role, I support our clinicians in delivering consistent, ethical, evidence-based treatment and help ensure that every client receives care that meets the highest clinical standards.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. While therapy is grounded in research and best practices, real change happens when clients feel safe, understood, and respected. I show up authentically—not as a perfect professional, but as a fully present human being—creating a space where clients can be honest about what they’re struggling with and supported as they face fears directly.
I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek help for OCD or anxiety. Walking alongside clients as they build resilience, face discomfort, and reclaim parts of their lives that anxiety has taken from them is something I don’t take lightly.
If you’re ready to take a focused, evidence-based approach to OCD or anxiety treatment, I would be honored to support you on that journey.
